Shipping policy

All shipping is free for orders across the world. We alternate between UPS and USPS depending on which service will get you your order in the most efficient manner. 


Please allow 2-3 days for order processing and an additional 3-4 days for shipping. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured, and the buyer is responsible for submitting and following up on any claims made with shipping companies.

 

Return policy

We will gladly exchange an item for online store credit only. Within one week of receiving your package, please email orders@foreignary.com with your order number and reason for return. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Items to be returned must be in original, new condition with all original tags and packaging attached. For any returned items, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not assume responsibility for packages lost in transit or those that do not show confirmed reception by Foreignary.
